[orca-list] Two key config questions

Hey list, quick question. I wanted to change the key config around in 
Orca to make it easier to toggle sticky/browse modes, but can't find 
them in the key config menu. So two things.


1. Is there a way to hide/show key categories, as I go up to where it 
says Default, for example, I'd like to collapse that category and can't.

2. Is there a way to see a list of *all functions in Orca's key bindings 
menu, as it stands it seems, using Orca-master that some are either 
there but not rebindable, or are hidden among a lot of entries
