This is both OT and Orca related....so.....
Okay, as you lot know, I got an old, old machine, 11+ years old. So. My
question is simple....in theory. I'm running the standard Mate 18.04
stuff. The desktop is fine, but Firefox lags. That gave me an idea.
What's the best stuff for my older machine that still works fine with Orca.
Also, anyone want to bust the myth that QT does *not* work with Orca?
I've heard that a lot, it came up in a discussion on desktops and the
line I was fed was oh, KDE Plasma's not accessible at all. Assuming it
is.....how resource heavy is KDE?
