Hi.
At least for me this happens.
When I was replying this e-mail, everytime I typed something wrong and typed space, the misspelled was announced by orca.
Check the speech tab in orca configuration.
There are an option that control this behavior.

Hello,
I appreciate, very much, the feature that Orca has which alerts me to misspelled words as I move through text. It really is helpful n being able to read text and fix misspelled words on the fly.
It would be even more helpful, if possible, to have misspelled words announced or indicated after a user presses the spacebar. This feature is available in a couple of Windows screen readers, and while I realize that Orca does not need to follow necessarily what Windows screen readers do, this particular feature would be very helpful to me in my daily work.
Thank you for considering this change.
