Hi,

Cent Os is based on Red Hat enterprise Linux. The problem will be here 
with accessibility, because it has mixed Gnome. How? Some apps are 3.28, 
some 3.30 and some 3.32. Orca is 3.28 and at-spi 2.26.0.
