[orca-list] a page with problems in orca master

To reproduce try the following steps using orca master.


1. Launch FF and go to

-- https://community.jaspersoft.com/wiki/jasperreports-server-report-samples

2. After the page is loaded press ctrl+home and press the h key until 
orca announces tags.

3. Press the up arrow one time and then the down arrow many times.

In my machine nothing is read by orca when I press the down arrow.

The problem is not present in orca 3.32.0.
