Re: [orca-list] DBus Broker and orca/ ATK / AT-SPI?

I did yesterday as well :), seems to work wuite nice. Feels a little faster as well. I see it in thunderbird.
I have about 20000 mails in my inbox what makes orca load it verly long. Using dbus broker it just responds.

Cheers chrys

I'm installing dbus-broker now, so I'll test it after reboot of my pc.

Howdy List,

i read recently a lot about dbus broker as faster alternative to the traditional dbus-daemon. I often
hear/ read that dbus is one of AT-SPI2 bottlenecks as its (dbus-daemon) very slow.

does anyone have experience with this? does dbus-broker give some better performance to the a11y stack?
anyone tried?
