Re: [orca-list] Keyboard shortcut for wifi networks?

Yeah, I used to struggle with this too, but thanks to answers from the
fine people on this Orca mailing list, now I just open up terminal and
type "nmtui". Works like a charm.

Feel a little embarassed asking this question, especially since it's
not really even Orca related, but for the life of me can't figure it
out.

I think I'm getting pretty good at this whole blind thing now, but am
about to travel again soon, and one thing I've always struggled with
is connecting to a new wifi network.

Using Linux Mint MATE. The few network menus available in the start
menu seem to only allow you to modify existing wifi networks that were
previously connected to, but don't show available networks. The only
way I know to view available wifi networks is that little icon in the
bottom right corner beside the time / date.

How do I get to that via Orca? Is there a keyboard shortcut I can
use? I know there's that "speak what the mouse is over" setting which
is what I use, but that's a headache and sometimes I can't even find
that icon and end up getting someone to help me. I'd prefer just to
be able to connect to new wifi networks myself though.

I know this is a stupid question with most likely a very easy answer,
but any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Matt
