[orca-list] How to get a talking login greeter in Solus GNOME v. 3.9999?

I can't seem to get gdm, in this distro, to start when using the 
shortcut, 'alt+super+s'. This shortcut works on the live media and on my 
installed system.  What must I do, (probably in some gdm configuration), 
to make this work?
