[orca-list] Ubuntu Mate 18.04: Orca presents incorrect font and color information in the terminal

Orca presents incorrect font and color information in the terminal.

1. Press ALT+CONTROL+T to enter the terminal.

2. Press ORCA+F

Actual results: Orca reports foreground and background color as "snow" 
with no font information.

Expected result: Orca should announce font and color information as it 
does in all other supported apps.


The only way to force Orca to present the correct font and color 
information in the terminal is to explicitly define the font/colors in 
terminal settings.
