Hi Alex,
The following line gets announced as "B hello slash b".
Hello
In other words, the less and greater symbols are completely ignored.
This is using Fedora 29 with Gnome 3.30 and Orca master as of yesterday.
Thanks,
Nick

Hello Nick,
Thanks for the report,
Could you please give us a sentence that I could test to reproduce the
issue? Could you also try with Orca master?
Best regards,
Alex.

Hi all,
Since upgrading to Fedora 29/Gnome 3.30, Orca is no longer speaking
all punctuation - even though that is still the selected option.
It will speak punctuation characters one by one, but if I'm reading a
line of text, such as HTML, it does not speak the less than and
greater than characters.
I'm not sure whether this is an Orca, Speech Dispatcher or espeak issue.
Something has definitely changed in espeak as I've noticed a number of
words now being pronounced differently.
Any pointers as to where to look would be gratefully received.
Thanks,
Nick
