Yes, bring up the Orca settings with Orca-key+space. In the General tab,
tab down to time format and then arrow up and down until you get the
time format you want and then tab down to apply or OK to save your settings.

Hi all, I have a question regarding Orca and the insert+T command. I
am running Ubuntu Mate 16.04, with Mate 1.18 from PPA. When I press
orca+t, I get the date, but no time. Is there a reason why, and is
there a way to change it? Is this a fix I will notice once 18.04 is
live? Thanks much in advance for your help. I believe this version has
Orca 3.18.
Thanks,
Guy
