[orca-list] Orca jumps the focus on Thunderbird without user interaction causing user does wrong stuff

Hello all,

Tested environment:
- Debian Sid
- Orca master and Orca 3.26
- Thunderbird 52.6.0

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open Thunderbird
2) Press ctrl+n

Result: The focus jumps to the body of the message
Expected result: The focus stays on the "for" field

FYI, I cannot reproduce the issue without Orca.
