[orca-list] Some lag when using flat review mode.

To reproduce try the following steps.

1. Launch FFF nightly and go to https://grails.github.io/grails2-doc/2.3.11/guide/single.html.

2. After the page is loaded try to read something using a flat review  mode.

In my machine orca takes more than 5 seconds to announce something.
