[orca-list] Option to speak selected cell range GUI configurable; anything else re selected cells?

Hey all.

I have just added an option to Orca's app-specific preferences for
LibreOffice so that you can configure whether you want Orca to only
speak what changed versus to always speak the selected range.

This, along with the change I made earlier today to bind Orca's
speak-selection command and have it apply to more things (like selected
cells in Calc), makes me believe I've done everyone's bidding regarding
presentation of selected cells in Calc. :) Is that correct?
