[orca-list] Mouse review: Thunderbird, on subject field, Orca doesn't announce the label

Hello all,

Environment:
- Debian Stretch with latest a11y stack, it's my own personal computer 
to check mouse review on more scenario
- Orca master
- Thunderbird 52.8.0

Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch Thunderbird
2) Write a new e-mail (here on plain text)
3) Move the mouse over the subject field

Result: Orca announce the editable content but not the label. Orca 
announces the label on for field for example.

Expected: Orca should announce the label associated wit the field
