Did it really?  The file that downloaded should be in two locations on 
the hard drive if it did as a result of having run chromium in your user 
account.  If it's not in two locations something went wrong.  Could it 
be you use a language other than English for your computer and perhaps 
chromevox hasn't got support for that language yet chromevox refused to 
install?
