You will need an account for each IRC server you will be using with 
Pidgin. Then you can join or autojoin any channels on each server where 
you have an account using the buddy list. If you find you are no longer 
using a specific server, you can either disable the account from the 
accounts menu in the buddy list or you can delete it from account 
management.
