In order for Orca to support touch screen gestures, we would need
additional things added to at least AT-SPI2. Orca can respond to
keyboard and mouse events because AT-SPI2 notifies it. Orca can also
synthesize such events through AT-SPI2. There's no such support in
AT-SPI2 for touch.
