[orca-list] Shortcut to jump main region?

Hello all,

Would be great if Orca could have a shortcut in web browser to jump to
main region directly.

Role = "main"

I have seen this in other screen readers, also the article one and
todays HTML5 and landmarks are being used so much.

So, what do you think?
