Adding to this (at least when I last used Antergos) the buttons
were just blank and blank, though I found shift tabbing helped
with it and control+tabbing
When you flat-review that screen, you will see two unlabeled
push buttons in a row; use use orca+7 (laptop mode) to click on
the right-most of the buttons. Many of these installer screens
have an arrangement like this; the buttons are labeled, perhaps
with icons, 'back' and 'next' or 'continue'. For the language
and keyboard layout selectors, you have to use 'ctrl+tab' to
move to the buttons, or do the flat-review thing. When you get
to the software selection screen, be sure that the
'accessibility packages' group is selected, else, you won't have
orca, speech-dispatcher, or espeak. The installed system will
an inaccessible version of the display manager, lightdm. Just
punch in your password. When I recently did this installation,
I went in and added gdm, then disabled lightdm and enabled gdm.
On reboot, I started orca, in the usual way, and, now, I have a
talking login screen, which is important, since the machine in
question has a solid-state drive.
