Hello, all!
please gide me how to install and use the voxsin tts on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS?
I already have voxsin tts with me and it is in ZIP.
read me file is there but still I am not able to understandd how to
install that package.
does it require the internet connection?
is there any .DEB file available?
