Hi there,
no idea which command is executed, when you press alt+super+s. This hotkey is 
not defined in every desktop.

In the run dialog (alt+f2) you can type:
orca
or
orca --replace
to be 100% sure. If you don't have a braille display, you should make sure in 
advance, that the speechdispatcher can output sound.
