[orca-list] is this a bug with mate or orca and is there a work around?

so i noticed that when i type my password to unlock the screen after 
being idle, orca doesn't seem to bounce back after the screen unlocks. I 
use a keystroke to restart orca but is there another way around this? 
this would solve another issue i'm having as well if so. if not then 
i'll survive:)
