Well, actually, I upgraded to speech-dispatcher-git version, and now it shows the language I selected instead of caribian, but it still speaks in what I think is the default voice, UK English. Interestingly, Fenrir which I also have using speech-dispatcher, still uses the correct voice. To reply directly to the list, just clear the "to" line and put orca-list gnome org.
