[orca-list] orca quits sometimes if alt tab to windows in gnome, vinux 5.1

Hii,

vinux 5.1, orca 3.24.1pre and orca 3.22.1,

i have terminal open and sometimes firefox and sometimes nautilus, and 
if i alt tab to those  applications, orca looses speech. using consoul 
to kill orca, it said no orca process found. Is this a known bugg? 
before upgrading to orca 3.22.1 on vinux, this thing never happen. i am 
not sure what gnome version used on vinux 5.1, but the ubuntu version is 
14.04.5 witch is the base for vinux. And, i am using the gnome desktop 
shell (i've selected gnome from the session options button when in logg 
in screen).
