[orca-list] Thunderbird : orca doesn't announce the empty lines

Dear all,
Environment :
- Debian 8.7
- Thunderbird 45.8.0
- Orca master
Steps to reproduce :
1) Reply to a mail in HTML mode
2) Write a new line with return
3) Press up arrow
Result : Orca stays silent
Expected result : Orca should announce "blank" on empty lines
I'm not sure if it is related to that bug but sometimes Orca stop to
read lines in my mails answers but I'm not able to reproduce this other bug.
