[orca-list] svox pico with orca

Hi,
can anyone here got svox pico working with orca on any distributions?
working i mean, you can adjust the rate, pitch, volume and select th
language. Last time i've tried on arch, i can only choose pico and no
rate adjustment, pitch and language. also, in vinux, if i update the
orca, pico broke. not sure in others. can someone help me  in this? my
friend cannot understand espeak well, but since pico is also on
android, i think this is the best synth for him and for others who
cannot understand espeak well. thanks.
