[orca-list] any alternative accessible network manager?

Dear all,

Recently Ubuntu seems to have a broken network manager.

I wish to know if there is another network manager which is accessible?

All I need to see is the wifi connections, their strength and security 
status.

I should be able to select one using up and down arrows.

Same for broadband or ethernet.
