[orca-list] On recent Firefox : Orca doesn't come back in focus mode after opening the spellcheck dialog

Dear all,

Environment :
- Debian 8.7, Orca master, both Firefox 52 and Firefox Nightly
- Ubuntu 17.04, Orca master, Firefox 52

Steps to reproduce :
1) Open Firefox
2) Go to a text area
3) Switch in focus mode
4) Write text "helllo"
5) Open the spellcheck dialog
6) Press escape

Result with Firefox 52 or Nightly : Orca stays silent and doesn't come 
back in focus mode
Result with Firefox 45 or Firefox 50 : Orca announces the context and 
comes back into focus mode.
