[orca-list] Thunderbird : Orca skips links in a mail

Dear Orca maintainers,

Environment :
- Debian 8.7
- Orca master
- Thunderbird 45.8.0

I've received a mail and I noticed that Orca skips a link.
I've no steps to reproduce I've just a debug log. What I've done is :
1) Alt+tab to the targeted mail on Thunderbird
2) Read line until the skips
3) Go to the previous link

Orca skips the link labeled "La solution", it is between "Prix : Un 
origami fait avec amour 💗 pour le premier qui vient nous donner la 
réponse" and " LES ÉVÉNEMENTS À VENIR".
