Dear team,

Orca 3.16.

When choosing a profil, if we forget to press load button and press 
directly apply, it erases the chosen profil by the current profil. 
Eventually, it set profils in a mess. Would be possible to have an alert 
or to propose to load profil directly after chosing it?

I didn't test in Orca master, sorry.
