[orca-list] Icedove : read by word a one containing a quote produces an unexpected result

Dear Orca maintainers and all,

Environment :
- Debian 8.7
- Icedove 45.6.0
- Orca master (commit e13a67ef6f2c117e40b595e9338e0bcedaf00a4d)

Steps to reproduce :
1) Open Icedove
2) Write a new mail
3) Add a word with a quote like the word "he's"
4) Read it with the read by word feature (ctrl+right/left)

Result : Orca announces the whole word in each case
Expected result : Orca should only announce the current part of word as 
it do in Pluma for instance.
