Re: [orca-list] orca does not read the panel on mate and how to get to list of networks on mate's panel

1) reboot set everything back to known state,
2) control-alt-tab while in root,
3) right arrow and listen to what is spoken,
4) when on networks down arrow and you should get to network not 
connected,
5) hit enter on network not connected,
6) right arrow to available connections,
7) when correct connection is found, hit space,
8) you get asked for password so key that in,
9) tab to connect and hit enter,

You should get a notification telling you that you're connected to the 
internet.

My memory may be a bit rusty on some of these steps since it's been a 
few months since I've used mate and longer than that I did these steps 
to set up my own wifi network.
