[orca-list] how to make orca use espeak-ng on fedora 25

Hi,

installed fedora 25, updated orca to 3.22.2, and i think updated 
speech-dispatcher to 0.86 i think. i also installed the espeak-ng since 
it is not included with fedora. i also uncommented the line for add 
module espeak-ng and restarted speech-dispatcher and orca, it is still 
not detected. I like espeak ng because, more languages added. can anyone 
help?
