[orca-list] MATE 1.18 and orca 3.25.90

Hi,

On mate 1.18 I test Orca master. And in release 3.25.90, alt-tab
displays the name of the window in braille, but seems not in speech. Log
is at http://paste.debian.net/980065.

It worked until July 30, and not on AUgust, 3.

Would not be such commit the problem?
