In addition to the emacspeak mentioned in other messages, you can also take a look at eclipse, although accessibility in the most current versions of eclipse is presenting some problems.

Hello guys!
Does anyone know of any program to program in c ++ accessible with orca?

I won't comment on Emacspeak because it is nothing to do with Orca, but Eclipse is really great. I had recently provided a link for a bundle I created with old Ec;Eclipse, but it did not have cdt plugins.
I can make one with cdt and upload on my cloud.
But if any one wants to know about Emacspeak it is a different topic.
happy hacking.
