[orca-list] Activate orca in GDM

Hello friends,

     I write because I'm using debian jessie and I have tried that
orca is active in the GDM, without any results so far have done what
is.
       1. Press alt + supra + S
     2. Write on the how root console:
         /bin/sh -c 'eval $(dbus-launch) ; export
DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS DBUS_SESSION_BUS_PID ;
GSETTINGS_BACKEND=dconf gsettings set
org.gnome.desktop.a11y.applications screen-reader-enabled true'
Debian-gdm || true

the question is whether this is a problem debian or screen reader ?,
any help is valuable. Thank you.
