[orca-list] Problems with closing apps

Hello.

After Orca update, I have got big problem.

How to reproduce?
1. Open the Calculator. Carefull, no Galculator.
2. Count something.
3. Close the app by pressing Alt F4.
Orca will stop speak and you have to restart your computer, but 
sometimes logout and login again.

Please, how to repair that?
