[orca-list] Seamonkey

Hi Joanye, All.

I noticed another oddity "orca", in a "seamonkey". For reproduction, 
perform the following steps:

1. Using "seamonkey", please follow this link:

2. Press the "s" in order that would set the focus to a separator;

3. Click the down arrow.

"Orca" silent; And only a few seconds, starts to talk.
