I'm seeing the same problems on Ubuntu-gnome 16.04. Good to know
I'm not the only one.

the window, which I think must be a blank line, because it says
blank. If I press flat review to read up the screen it doesn't say
anything. Entered commands such as ls do not read either.
Anyone else seeing this too, or am I just lucky today? lol
