Where can I get orca desktop these days? I am using gentoo, not arch,
so I would need the source package and instructions to install.
Thanks.

Hi.
All information about "ocrdesktop", is in the "archwiki". Chrys
described in detail all the features of "ocrdesktop".

Flat review does not help.
The package you mention is ocrdesktop.
It is in the arch-aur, but has not been packaged for other distros

Gets you the python script, but I am not sure how this is supposed to be used. I suspect with the sops,
simple orca plug-in system.
The link to the stand along package is expired on the same server it seems.
