Hi,
I'm interested in this program too. Could we imagine an Orca python
script to speak some info quickly (for instance, to set a binding to
speak automatically the time point when we move on a track)? Is it
technically possible?

Flat review does not help.
The package you mention is ocrdesktop.
It is in the arch-aur, but has not been packaged for other distros

Gets you the python script, but I am not sure how this is supposed to be used. I suspect with the sops,
simple orca plug-in system.
The link to the stand along package is expired on the same server it seems.
