[orca-list] progress bar improvements, I love them

hi all
I wanted to write in to let joanie and everyone else know that I really
like the progress bar improvements in the latest orca master. People who
use nvda will like them as well since the two screen readers now behave
the same, following progress bars as they update. I do think this should
be configurable but personally I like the default behavior.
