[orca-list] Firefox and Orca don't like this

Ironically, this is supposed to allow me to give blood without having
to have someone read me all the information, as it presents it
electronically for me to read and acknowledge on this website.
However, there are major problems with the site. First of all, the
checkboxes don't report their states so that I know if I have checked
them or not. More important is the fact that I can't even get to the
next page, because flat review can't read the site and click emulation
is clicking my top panel instead of the checkbox that I should be on as
I attempt to click it. I have tried using Midori to browse the site,
and I can make it to the second page, but no further. I would
appreciate any help figuring out what may be happening so that I can
better explain to the developers of this web application what is going
wrong and what needs to be fixed. Thanks.
