[orca-list] Horizontal elipsis

Dear team,

Debian Jessie, Orca Master.

When meeting the horizontal elipsis sing, the braille cursor shifts 2 
characters on the left.

For instance:
"Euh… I don't know!"
Move with the horizontal key, there is no more correspondance between 
speech and Braille.
