ArchLinux doesn't have Orca on the iso, because it is a minimal system
with just the very basics and some rescue and diagnostic utilities.
There is a version of the ArchLinux live iso that does have speech and
braille output. You can get the latest TalkingArch at
https://talkingarch.tk/
It comes with Speakup and Brltty installed and working out of the box,
and there is an audio guide if you need step-by-step installation help.
To get Orca, you will need to choose a desktop environment and install
its package group. If you choose GNOME, Orca comes in automatically, but
if you choose MATE or another desktop environment, you will need to
install Orca separately. Hope this helps.
