[orca-list] Could you extend the say all function ?

Dear Orca community,
I've two questions about say all :
1) Can we extend say all to word ? Nowadays it speaks per sentence and 
line. Could we make it work per word?
2) Is it possible to have the current word highlighted ? I mean, having 
a visual feedback on the currently spoken word?
