[orca-list] Firefox library freezes orca when some urls are focused

I Don't remember if I ever posted about this here, if I did it was quite 
some time ago, but think not.
When I open the firefox library window, either by selecting show all 
history or show all bookmarks, when I arrow down or back up when 
certqain links get focus orca shuts up.
To bring it back I have to open a terminal and type pkill 
speech-dispatch, and then restart orca.
I can go in to my libray many times and have no problem, but when one of 
these urls is there it will freeze orca everytime said link gets focus.
I do not remember other examples of urls that cause the issue, but 
here's the one that did it today.

Since this is specific to my account I don't think anyone but me can 
access it, but am pretty sure that sometimes these are publically usable 
urls/I'll for sure make a note of the next ones I encounter, and if they 
are public links share them.
Perhaps this only occurs with some private links.
Is this a known issue?
The same url will not freeze orca if I bookmark it and navigate to it in 
the normal bookimarks menu, nor will it cause the silence if it is in 
recent history and I go to it in the history menu, only when the library 
is opened does the problem occur.
