[orca-list] MATE notifications

Hi,

I tried to affect bindings to the Orca commands: speak the last 
notification message; the previous; the notifications list. When I press 
the binding on MATE, "no notification message", whereas I know there were.

Are you aware of this? Is it explainable? I'm sure it has worked, but 
not just now. I'm on orca 3.16 and MATE 1.10 (Debian testing).


Should I report bug to mate-notification? What kind of debug log can I 
generate?
