Braille has just been disabled. NO visible changes.

Thanks!
I'm seeing several things, none of which have nothing to do with Gedit
or AT-SPI2:
1. For some reason, it looks like your terminal window is claiming
focus before the Gedit window. I don't know why. And if that is
indeed the case, there's nothing I can do about it.
2. When Orca processes the above event, it's spending more time than
it should generating speech and braille. I'll see if I can figure
that out and fix it today so that presentation is completed faster.
3. Note that I said speech *and* braille. It looks like you have braille
enabled, but are not using braille (because Orca cannot connect to
brltty). While caching and the like minimize the amount of time spent
on generating braille + speech, generating braille still can take a
fraction of a second, and those fractions add up. In the case of item
2, until I fix the bug, I think you'll find things are a tad less
laggy if you disable braille -- assuming you are not a braille user.

If you capture a full debug.out, I'll take a look. Email it to me
privately so it doesn't get blocked for having an attachment that is too
large.

Actually, whatever happens even applies to documents that are completely
empty, and that is a reason I don't think any of those is a right one.

Hello.
There is a gedit or orca bug that causes gedit not to be accessible
for
few seconds after focusing the editor window.
I believe it has been discussed here long time ago, but not sure if
this
is orca or gedit problem?
In the second case, is the bug reported or not? whatever I said
applies
to 3.18 gedit.
